2. Parties to this Advertiser Agreement

The parties to this Advertiser Agreement (“Agreement”) are MachinesOnline and the Advertiser.

The “Advertiser” means any individual, company, or entity submitting advertisement content to this website, including authorised agents.

3. Website Facilitation

a.MachinesOnline operates solely as an advertising platform facilitating the publication of machinery and equipment listings.

b.All enquiries, negotiations, and transactions occur directly between Advertisers and prospective buyers or hirers.

c.MachinesOnline is not a seller, broker, agent, or owner of any machinery, equipment, or services advertised.

d.The publication of an advertisement does not constitute endorsement or verification of the Advertiser or the advertised item.

4. Term of Agreement

This Agreement commences on the date an advertisement is submitted and accepted for publication and continues for the selected advertising period unless earlier terminated.

5. Advertisers

• Natural persons must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Companies and entities must be properly registered in Australia.

6. Advertising Packages & Accuracy of Listings

Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that all advertisement content is accurate, complete, lawful, and not misleading.

• Pricing must be stated in Australian Dollars (AUD).
• Items must be located in Australia.
• Advertisers must have legal authority to sell or hire the item.

7. Advertising Fees & Payment Terms

a.All advertising fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

b.MachinesOnline may suspend or remove advertisements where payment is incomplete or reversed.

8. Publication of Advertisements

MachinesOnline reserves the right to accept, reject, suspend, or remove any advertisement at its sole discretion.

9. Advertiser Account Security

The Advertiser is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity conducted under their account.

10. Data Collection and Use

Data is collected and used in accordance with MachinesOnline’s Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

The Advertiser grants MachinesOnline a non-exclusive licence to use submitted content for advertising and promotional purposes.

12. Advertiser Indemnification

The Advertiser indemnifies MachinesOnline against all claims arising from advertisement content or transactions.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MachinesOnline excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss.

14. Prohibited Practices

• Misleading or deceptive conduct
• Illegal or offensive content
• Data scraping or system interference

15. Dispute Resolution

Disputes must first be attempted to be resolved by good faith negotiation prior to litigation.

16. Modification of Agreement
